Additionally, for the complete renovation of Hôtel Indarra, we used local and sustainable materials, reducing pollutant emissions and ensuring the operation of a highly energy-efficient building.
ENERGY
The establishment is energy-efficient, having undergone renovation according to current regulatory standards (RT 2020).
To further reduce our environmental footprint, we have implemented various sustainable energy practices. We do not provide mini-bars in the rooms, and minimum/maximum temperatures have been set for the air conditioning system.
DECORATION
The eco-friendly decor, designed by Delphine Carrère, is sourced from France.
For the renovation, we used local materials, thereby reducing transport distances and pollutant emissions.
These materials, made in France, meet strict quality and durability standards, ensuring longevity and generating less waste.
WELCOME PRODUCTS
The products used in our spa and available for sale in our boutique are from the Alaena brand.
They are organic products, with formulas developed in Biarritz, respecting both nature and consumer health.
Alaena products are ECOCERT-certified, ensuring they are free from dyes, GMOs, parabens, synthetic fragrances, and are packaged in recyclable materials.
MAINTENANCE
Our maintenance practices are designed to minimize environmental impact.
We use eco-friendly and biodegradable cleaning products, thus limiting water and air pollution.
Our cleaning procedures are also optimized to reduce water and energy consumption while ensuring a clean and healthy environment for our guests.
